How I work
Every person is different, and so is the type of support they need. I start by getting a clear picture of what’s happening for you, what’s not working, and what you want life to look like.

1. Free Introductory Chat
A relaxed, one-hour conversation via Zoom or phone.
You can tell me as much as you’re comfortable with, ask questions, and decide whether you’d like to work together.
There’s no pressure and no obligation.

2. Build Understanding
If you choose to go ahead, we begin with the foundations - helping you understand why your plan is designed the way it is, how NDIS is meant to work (even when it feels off-track), and what the guidelines and principles mean for your everyday life.

3. Put Knowledge into Practice
Once things make sense, we look at how to apply that understanding to your real life. This is short-term, flexible, and shaped around your needs.

What I can help with
Depending on your situation, this might include things like:

-
working out how to use your funding most effectively
-
reviewing and updating goals (many plans use generic options written by LACs)
-
making the best use of your support hours
-
Finding support workers who are the right fit
-
planning for reviews
-
gaining clarity around decisions and next steps

By the end of our sessions, you’ll have the knowledge and understanding to move forward with confidence.

Fees
I charge the standard NDIS rate for support workers, in line with the current NDIS Price Guide. There are no additional fees, no hidden costs, and no minimum hours - you only pay for the time you use.
Self-managed and plan-managed participants are welcome.
Invoices are emailed after each session.
